Our hard seltzer is about meeting and friendship
The first lines were written in August 2020 on the French Riviera during a holiday with friends after the discovery of the Hardseltzer in California.
During my Californian trip 6 months prior, I discovered the potential of alcoholic sparkling water that is low-sugar and very refreshing. However, most hard seltzers in the US or France are made using liquid or powder flavoring that does not resemble the taste of fruits. This is where our Hardseltzer will be different: we will craft our KRUSH only with real ingredients such as fruits and cane sugar.
A product based on fruits and sugarcane plantations
I came to the very rich fruit region of Cambodia where I joined an English brewmaster Ian, who boasts 30 years of experience in one of the best craft breweries in Asia.
This was followed by months of experimentation in the Kingdom Breweries lab and a lot of trial and error to find the double grail: a source of premium fruit and the right KRUSH recipes.
An international cooperation
After 12 months of work on KRUSH, the first batch of the real fruit hard seltzer was produced and ready for launch in France by my business partners and friends Daniel, Chady, Robert.
